Built in Canada to a very high standard this acoustic offers excellent value for money. The Seagull Coastline Momentum A/E HG has an all gloss body. This includes a Solid Cedar top. It is select pressure tested to ensure consistency and excellent tone. Using laminated Wild Cherry for the back and sides it is a match made in heaven. It balances the sound beautifully to provide a rich tone with plenty of projection. Silver leaf maple has been utilised for the neck. . This is topped with a rosewood fretboard. The back of the neck is satin. Tusq has been used for the nut and saddle. It provides a more consistent sound than bone. The Seagull Coastline Momentum A/E HG features an unusual headstock design. The idea is that the string tension is more centralised. It helps against gradual warping of the wood. This Canadian built instrument is a true workhorse and will improve with age. Fishman Sonitone electronics have been included should you need to plug in. Great for regular gig-ers.
