The Schecter Blackjack SLS C-1 FR S is here presented in a Trans Purple Burst finish. This Electric Guitar features an active Seymour Duncan humbucker and a Sustainaic pickup, to produce powerful tones with incredible amounts of sustain. With a body crafted from Mahogany / Flamed Maple, and a neck made from Maple, the Blackjack also features a 24 fret Ebony fingerboard, Floyd Rose bridge, and Grover machine heads. The Blackjack is finished off with black multi-ply binding, mother of pearl dot inlays, black chrome hardware, and a satin black finish, creating a beautiful looking guitar.

This ex demo example has a few light cosmetic marks. It is still brand new and covered by its full manufacturer's warranty. Schecter's Blackjack SLS is a well-balanced guitar from aggressive crunchy sounds to rich, clean tones, perfect for the modern day player. The body’s arched top provides a great resonance, enhancing the natural tones of the body woods. The Mahogany body offers naturally warm tones, while the maple top adds some snap and immediacy to the sound. With black binding, black chrome hardware, and a Floyd Rose bridge, the SLS has a transparent Purple Burst finish, allowing the stunning grain of the Flame Maple top to show through.

Maple Neck, Ebony Fingerboard

The 3-piece Maple neck and Ebony fingerboard has been designed with an ultra-thin "C" shape to provide an incredibly smooth, fast play. The Maple/Ebony combination produces tight, bright tone that has a fast, snappy attack that’s well defined. The two woods provide the guitars sound with appealing highs, strong lows, and a smooth sustain. It also comes with many other features including Grover machine heads and offset dot inlay made from mother of pearl.

Seymour Duncan and Sustainaic Pickups

The guitar features two powerful humbuckers, with a Seymour Duncan Full Shred pickup at the bridge and a Sustainiac pickup at the neck. Seymour Duncan’s full shred humbucker features short Allen head holes and an alnico 5 bar magnet to provide crisp clarity to the highs and a low end that’s tight and articulate. Producing a bright tone that’s clear and focused, the humbucker has a moderate output with scooped mids and a balanced treble and bass response. The Sustainaic pickup offers incredible amounts of sustain, with a toggle switch to change the sound of the sustain, giving the Schecter a whole variety of tonal options.

Floyd Rose Special Tremolo

Floyd Rose are one of the leading manufacturers of guitar bridges, using top of the range design techniques to craft outstanding quality parts. With a design that has stood strong for over 30 years, the Floyd Rose 1000 allows you to adjust the string tension and pitch to create unique sounds such as dive bombs. The bridge works in tangent with the locking nut for increase string stability and prevents the strings from detune after excessive bending.
