Reverend teamed up with Grammy award winning artist/producer Pete Anderson to design this stunning customised hollowbody guitar. It’s a very modern take on a classic jazz style guitar. Fitted with Reverend’s updated 9A5 pickups, the PA-1 is highly versatile. The bridge pickup provides raw, classic tone, but is wound for slightly hotter and thicker tone than a vintage P90; perfect for the bridge position. The 9A5 Neck pickup is slightly cleaner than a vintage P90, with clear, open tone.

Reverend have got around the usual problems associated with hollow body guitars by developing the innovative Uni-Brace. This internal brace is made from Korina and connects the top to the back. It keeps the whole body and neck rigid and rids this guitar from uncontrollable feedback. It also gives you piece of mind that this guitar is structurally sound and will provide a lifetime of playing enjoyment. The top is made from laminated Spruce and the back and sides are laminated Maple. The medium oval shaped Korina neck features a 12” radius Blackwood Tek fingerboard with block inlays. The neck is joined to the body at the 15th fret giving better upper fret access.

The Reverend Pete Anderson PA-1 comes with some excellent hardware. A Bigsby B70 vibrato has been employed fitted with Rev’s own soft spring for super smooth vibrato usage. Tuning stability is not a worry thanks to a roller bridge which is bushing mounted to the body, locking tuners and a Boneite nut.
