The Reverend Pete Anderson Eastsider E is here presented in a Satin Vintage Yellow finish, and comes with a roasted maple neck. This stripped back addition to the Pete Anderson line up has a few tricks up its sleeve. The 3-Way voice selector switch offers up 3 distinct tones: bright percussive twang / full hot humbucker / fat round warmth. As with the Eastsider T, it has a chambered Korina body for lighter weight and increased resonance.
We love Reverend guitars here at Merchant City Music; they consistantly provide features and playability far beyond their price tag. Every one we sell receives a full set-up from our in-store guitar tech. We ship fast to the UK and worldwide.
SATIN VINTAGE YELLOW REVEREND PETE ANDERSON EASTSIDER E GUITAR WITH CHAMBERED KORINA BODY AND ROASTED MAPLE NECK
It you are a fan of the Telecaster or Esquire shape, but are looking for something a little different, the Reverend Pete Anderson Eastsider E with Roasted Maple neck could be for you. The Reverend Eastsider E is a signature guitar for country/roots rock player Pete Anderson. The body is crafted from chambered Korina - an outstandingly resonant tonewood - but the addition of body cavities gives it even more ring.
In terms of finish, the body has a Satin Vintage Yellow colour with Black pickguard. Bolted on top of this is a 22 fret roasted maple neck and fretboard, which is a true revelation to feel. Reverend's Roasted Maple necks are probably the best feeling in the shop! The fretboard features a 10 to 14 inch radius; great for chord work at the bottom and string bending at the top.
HARDWARE INCLUDES VOICE-SELECTOR SWITCH, CUSTOM PICKUP AND STAINLESS STEEL SADDLES
The Reverend Pete Anderson Eastsider E comes with an excellent selection of hardware. The pickup is Reverend's own Telbucker single-coil-sized humbucker, offering classic humbucker tone in a T sized package. The dual rail design keeps the low end tight, and prevents drop off when bending. The bridge features stainless steel saddles. A set of locking tuners up the other end help keep the tuning stable. The pickup is hooked up to a master volume, tone control and 3-way voice selector, endowing the Eastsider E with a range of tones far surpassing the single-pickup norm.
