The Axis has a Basswood body topped with beautifully Quilted maple. The neck is constructed from Roasted Flamed maple, finished with Music Man’s revered gunstock oil and hand-rubbed special wax blend. Needless to say, it feels superb, encouraging you to keep playing long after you’d have put another guitar down. 22 flawlessly finished frets adorn the neck, making string bends a joy. Painstakingly crafted from Stainless Steel, you also have the assurance that they’ll last a lifetime of heavy playing.
