The Birdseye Burl Maple top on the Burl 50 Ultra will catch your eye, but wait until you play it! Fun, versatile, smooth, and bold are some of the words that players have used to describe their take on the Ultra. The all-Korina body is lightweight but has a thick tone with tons of resonance. The burl top/Korina body combination delivers articulate highs and lots of guts in the lows and mids. Roasted maple is used for the neck, lending it a stunning caramel hue, while simultaneously eliminating excess moisture. The result is improved tuning stability, sustain and wonderful neck feel. The compound radius fretboard is perfect for solos higher up the neck, and chords nearer the nut.

The electronics have also been modded to give you a little something extra. The Quad Mod gives you a fourth pickup position which voices the pickup in series. The Burl 50 Ultra is equipped with a Rockfield Pickup combination which is perfect for a traditionally configured 50s model.
