The stunning Larrivee OM03S uses solid Silver Oak for the back and sides. This is Jean Larrivee's favourite tonewood and after hearing it for the first time we can understand why! Not only does this wood have a striking appearance, it also sings from the moment you play it. The top is made from a tight grained piece of Canadian Sitka Spruce. Ebony is used for the fingerboard, bridge and headstock cap. Larrivee's OM body shape is both incredibly comfortable and helps deliver a very articulate tone. This combination of tone woods and 12th fret neck join gives a clear bell like quality to each note from the OM-03 S. It truly is a joy to play and listen to. By joining the neck to the body at the 12th fret the bridge is moved further back. This makes the top resonate much more than normal and is Jean Larrivee's tonal preference when it comes to steel string acoustic guitars.

As with all Larrivee acoustics, the OM-03S Silver Oak comes in a deluxe fitted hard case and will be set-up to perfection by ourselves.
