This DI box has been designed to get your guitar into the computer. You can use the Laney IRT-Pulse to plug into your favourite DAW software. Not only that though. This Ironheart pedal can work well as a boost pedal. Inside the casing are two ECC83 valves. It is the perfect way to hot rod your sound. It can be bypassed via an external footswitch. Another great use of this Pre-Amp is silent practice. You can plug your headphones directly into it. It also allows you to put some music through it via the Aux input. Another interesting way to use it is in the effects loop of a non valve amp. The Laney IRT-Pulse can give your solid state amp a bit of Tube kick. Where it really excels though is being used as an interface to your computer. The dual valves help warm up your electric guitar tone going into the computer.
