The Korg Pitchblack Mini can be run on mains or batteries.

The Korg Pitchblack Mini has an excellent display. Typical of the other tuners in the range they are bright and easily read on a dark stage. It features three different display modes: Regular, Strobe and Half Strobe. On the rear of the pedal are two small buttons. These are display and calib. The Calib button lets you calibrate the tuner between 436 – 445 Hz. The tuner on/off switch doesn't click making a smoother, quieter operation. Another neat features is its ability to take batteries. Not something you can normally do on a pedal this size. Korg have got around this by using two CR2032 lithium batteries. A popular choice for clip on tuners. The Korg Pitchblack Mini can also be run using a 9 volt power adaptor. For extra support an stability the tuner pedal features two little feet that swivel out. These stop the pedal from rocking on its side when you switch it.
