This semi acoustic guitar contains a spruce centre block. This adds to the sustain of the instrument. It also helps to fight off uncontrollable feedback. Great if you are up on stage playing at higher volumes. The Hofner Verythin 3 also includes a slimline body. It has a thinner depth than that of a more traditional semi hollow. Although the weight varies with any guitar, on the whole they tend to be fairly light. It helps make them comfortable to play. The overall aesthetic of the guitar is retro.
