The Hagstrom Viking Baritone in Tobacco Sunburst features a wide variety of tones.

This electric guitar offers something a little bit different from your typical 6 string. Both physically and tonally. For a start the Hagstrom Viking Baritone in Tobacco has a semi acoustic body design. The arched ply flame maple top, back and sides looks lovely. Internally the body features a block to help prevent feedback. The baritone neck has been created using Canadian hard maple. It features a twenty eight inch scale length. This 22 fret neck is slender and plays exceptionally well. Although the Hagstrom Viking Baritone has classic looks the play-ability is very modern.

Special design pickups. Humbucking and P90.

The detail gone into building this guitar is pretty amazing. Especially when you factor in the pickups that have been specially designed for it. The Hagstrom Viking Baritone has been fitted with a Custom 58 C Bridge pickup and a P-Urified Neck. This combination gives you a big variety of different tones. The Humbucker sized P-Urified pickup is actually a P90. Fatter sounding than a singe without the muddiness of a humbucker. Perfect for the lower tuning of this guitar. The bridge position includes some classic vintage humbucking tones. The rest of the hardware on the Hagstrom Baritone Deluxe is of a high standard. A good solid Tuneomatic bridge and Hagstrom tuners.
