From the workshop in Higham Ferrers to the Honky Tonks of Nashville, this vintage specification Classic T is Gordon Smith’s take on a legendary guitar. With its classic simplicity, this guitar is the perfect showcase for Gordon Smith’s outstanding build quality and attention to detail. A classic thin profile neck and 9.5” radius fretboard give it a familiar, comfortable playing feel, while the exacting fretwork encourages your most technical licks. Its resonant Obeche body lends it a musical voice, while encouraging longer playing stints due to its pleasing light weight (just 6.96 lbs!).

The beauty of this guitar is that it feels like a vintage instrument, without the associated pitfalls. The crazed nitro finish looks just right, perfectly matching the GOTOH relic hardware. Under the surface, high spec CTS wiring and CLR switching ensure reliability. Period correct tone is provided by the two hand-wound single-coil Higham Honk vintage specification pickups.
