The Breedlove Premier Concert Edgeburst CE has been really beautifully finished. It is a testament to the highest level of American guitar luthierie - true of all Breedlove's Oregon-made instruments. The Premier range of Breedlove guitars are all fitted Rosewood back and sides, while this guitar comes with a Redwood top. Connoisseurs love Redwood’s immediate, responsive combination of cedar’s warmth and spruce’s brilliance. Favoured by fingerstylists, but growing in popularity with all types of players, redwood enhances rosewood’s blossom of overtones for unique, enchanting guitar experience.

The Honduran Mahogany neck on the Premier Concert is worth a mention. Breedlove’s Oregon neck finishing process takes three days to complete, and the results are stunning. The semi-gloss finish is silky to the touch, while the slimmer Breedlove neck profile is super-comfortable, even for smaller hands. The 1.75" nut width is perfect for more intricate fingerstyle playing.

In terms of aesthetics, the Premier Concert features a distinctive multi-strip rosette, inlayed with a wood grain centre strip. Tortoiseshell binding surrounds multi-strip purfling on the body, complementing the rosette. The jet black Ebony fretboard features dart inlays and is matched by Breedlove's pinless delta bridge, also in Ebony.
